About This Protocol

PDA (Pentadecapeptide Arginate) is a synthetic peptide studied for tissue healing and regenerative properties. It is structurally related to BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) and shares similar research on musculoskeletal repair, collagen synthesis, and growth factor modulation.

Available through TeleWellnessMD® licensed physicians in select states. The physician evaluates each patient and determines appropriate protocol.

Tissue Repair Mechanism
PDA has been studied for its effects on fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis — two key processes in tissue repair. Research has examined its potential role in accelerating healing of tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue.
Growth Factor Modulation
Studies have examined PDA's interaction with growth factor signaling pathways including EGF and VEGF receptors. These pathways are involved in cellular proliferation, angiogenesis, and tissue regeneration.
Musculoskeletal Research
Preclinical research has examined PDA in models of muscle, tendon, and bone injury. Studies have looked at markers of tissue repair and functional recovery following administration.
GI Mucosal Protection
Related compounds in this peptide family have been studied for gastrointestinal mucosal protection and gut integrity. Research has examined effects on the intestinal epithelium and gut-brain axis signaling.
