About This Protocol

Arousal Cream is a compounded topical formulation combining Aminophylline (30mg), Ergoloid Mesylate (0.5mg), L-Arginine (60mg), Pentoxifylline (50mg), and Sildenafil Citrate (10mg) per mL. Applied topically, it is designed for localized absorption rather than systemic delivery.

Available through licensed TeleWellnessMD® providers in select states (CA, IA, MA, MN, WI). The physician evaluates appropriateness for each individual patient. Available for both men and women.

L-Arginine — Nitric Oxide Precursor
L-Arginine is the direct substrate for nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Topical application allows localized nitric oxide production, which causes smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow in the applied area.
Sildenafil Citrate (Topical)
In this topical formulation, sildenafil citrate acts locally as a PDE5 inhibitor, supporting cGMP-mediated vasodilation in the applied area. Topical delivery reduces systemic absorption compared to oral forms.
Pentoxifylline
A methylxanthine compound studied for its effects on blood viscosity and microcirculation. Research has examined pentoxifylline for improving peripheral blood flow and tissue oxygenation.
Aminophylline
A bronchodilator compound that also acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, supporting smooth muscle relaxation and localized vasodilation when applied topically.
